The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, offering a bustling atmosphere with easy access to shops and conveniences. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and welcoming staff that goes above and beyond to assist guests. Dining at the restaurant is a highlight, especially on the 10th floor with breathtaking views of the lake and the old quarter.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were always nice and warm, despite a slight smell of smoke that might have seeped in from nearby. Although the rooms didn't offer views, the rooftop bar more than made up for it. Plus, the staff upgraded us to city view rooms for free during our 3-night stay, which was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with a rooftop bar compensating for the lack of views, all at a very reasonable price. The service is exceptional thanks to great leadership across all departments. It boasts an ideal location for exploring Hanoi, minutes away from main attractions. The dining options are delicious, especially with views of the lake and the old quarter. The facilities are top-notch, making for a great stay overall.
